Red to brown, small tight head. Fruity - dates and raisins - with spices and plenty of grains, and pretty sweet, a nice caramel edge. Very big for a lager. Taste is massively grainy - husks and a bit nutty. Some mellow woodiness and more sweetness. Pleasant nutty finish, a very interesting and tasty darkish lager.

Dec 6, 2007 500ml can. Light brown head, reddish brown colour. Sweet malts aroma. Average palate. Flavour of sweet roasted malts, rye pudding, vegetables and some metal. Not so greatly balanced.. kinda dank.
