Sampled on tap at the brewery. Golden color with a thin wet white head. Aroma is lightly grassy and citrusy, not very robust. Flavor is pale malty with a sort of spicy lemony hop character, if you can really call it ’character.’ Overcarbonated and weak. Thin, boring, typical crappy brewpub pale.

On tap a few weeks back, from this underated brewpub. Color was a dark amber. Aroma was strong on the floral and grapefruit; smelled to me like it was dry hopped. Flavor was the same and quite strong. Good stuff.

On tap @ brewpub. Not much nose at all (came out REALLY cold). Nice balanced caramel malt up front and citrus hops finish. A little thin on the body side. Solid, quaffable APA.

On tap at the brewpub as Peak Pale Ale: Transparent dark copper amber pour has a thin, spotty-lacing off-white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty caramel malt and some fresh piny hops. Starts with good fullness and grainy toasty caramel sweetness with a grassy citrusy hop flavor before a drier, resiny bittersweet finish. A pretty decent APA that falls on the darker, more caramely side of the style.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a slightly hazy orange/copper color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing. Citrus and hops in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of hops, citrus and light malt. The finish is moderately hoppy and does not linger very long. Pretty average all around.

On tap at brewery, 02/04/08. Golden in glass, thin skin of foam. Subtle, sweet, fruity aroma (apricot, peach). Parching pine flavor up front, refreshing grassy citrus finish. Some light, sweet malt flavor in there as well. Not bad.

on tap-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is mild citrus, sweet medium malt. Taste is mild citrus-slight bitter, sweet medium malt. A cross over beer maybe?

Pretty regular pale. A mild citrus aroma with some sweet malt. Flavor is the same, pretty subdued citrus. Easy to drink, but very regular. Kind of wattery too.
