Commercial Description:
Deep burgundy color with a big, fluffy head. Complex fruit aromas with a layered sweetness (honey, then caramel, then toffee) with a hint of licorice and chocolate. A big, rich, abbey-style ale that dries out nicely on the finish.

Murky brown with a bubbly tan head. The lacing slid down the glass quickly. Smells like sticky, sweet molasses/brown sugar/toffee and alcohol. Somewhat bitter finish, but sweetness prevails.

Bottle shared by SWOLF3, aka Bossman! Thanks wolf! Poured a brown color, decent head. Aroma of fruits. Flavor was a spicy fruity taste. Texture was easy to drink, light carbonation. Sweet taste overall. Good brew that I would buy. Thanks again wolf!

LET THIS ONE WARM UP. Refrigerator temperature is much much too cold for this creation. A bit too carbonated for my personal taste, but that may have been partially due to too cold a temperature. Nice exhuberant head which rapidly deflates, minimal lacing, pleasant color, nice rich malty nose with great malt in the mouth. Sweet with multiple layers of flavor. Good stuff!!!

Wow! I wish I’d tried this one much sooner. Very complex. Not for beginners, but, a beginner will love this. A dark beauty with head. Fresh fruit smells. Taste of fresh goodness with a lot of love, smooth and rich and lite bitterness. This is what Tears For Fears would taste like if TFF was a beer. Plain and simple, I’m Head Over Heals about this one and I have to Shout!

Pours a nice amber color with a great big off-white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is roast malt and caramel. Flavor is more of the same. A little on the sweet side with some nice toffee undertones. Perfectly decent beer.

Amber pour with sizeable cream head. Roast malts and nuts, some toffee and slight hints of fruit. A little sweet but the lasting carbonation evens it out a little. Slightly sticky, but a pretty clean finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pour was nice as expected, 2 fingers of caramel cream head, deep dark red, almost black in some light, some lacing, head stays for the most part. Aroma overall is refreshing, not overpowering, strawberry shortcake with toffee bread, sweet caramel hard candy, maybe I’m a little nuts with that description but it was that good. Mouthfeel is pretty close to perfect as well, creamy and fluffy, in the middle it feels like almost nothing is in my mouth , then there is a minor bite right at the end. Sadly, the actual flavor is the weakest experience of this beer if you can say that, very sweet, malt dominated flavor, caramel toasted marshmallow maintains throughout. This beer was fantastic, though just maybe too onesided on the sweet side for me, but still... good stuff.
