May 12, 2009 Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma of spice, funk, and yeast. Flavor starts sweet and spicy, then progresses into a slightly hoppy bitter finish. I really like this saison. It is very carbonated and refreshing. The slight bitter finish really tops of the spicy flavor.

May 11, 2009 B-Day bottle thanks to a friend. Pours a cloudy orange with a thick and creamy white head. The aroma is spices, yeast, and oranges. The flavor was full of a zesty and dry mix of spices, yeast, orange and lemon peel, a bit of pepper and maybe a touch of apple. A smooth drinkable beer.

May 10, 2009 Draft- Tap House. Hazy yellow, light yeasty, citrus aroma. Palate is grass, citus, tart grapefruit, but enough malt to give it some backbone. Lacing is elegant. Bitter, peppery finish.

May 9, 2009 Has a very pungent scent. Smell mostly of marijuana with a little skunked malt scent. Taste has a sweeter malt flavor but is missing a little bit of love. Not a bad brew, it’s just lacking something that I just can’t put my finger on.

Poured a hazy and colorful golden color with a fluffy white head about two fingers high.
Aroma was of yeast and new socks.
Head sticks to the glass as it dissipates.
Tastes starts strong with carbonation, yeast, and citrus, swallow, YUM!
Aftertaste is far nicer than the sip, soaked with vanilla and a little bit of floral.

May 3, 2009 Pours a copper-gold with a large rising head. I mean very fluffy head. Aroma is generically fruity and only slightly spicy. Flavor is more profound, with authentically Belgian spicyness. Darker fruits and clove also appear. Nice flavor. Palate is spritzy yet a little sticky. Overall, good to very good.
