Commercial Description:
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

750ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki) shared by JK54B - thanks!
Hazy pale orange, small persistent tight head. Sharp sour fruity aroma - citrus. Soft palate, pleasant carbonation. Tangy hops, but a little cardboardy. Sharp citrus too, and apple, but also some alcohol. Passable saison, but not great.

White head. Hazy pale yellow colour. Apple in the nose. Fresh fruity taste with some hints of pears. Mild spiciness in the aftertaste. A 0.75 bottle shared at Pikkulintu.

Pours a light golden color with a big white head. Aroma of hops with a little fruit. Very smooth. A nice beer on a hot day. Will drink again.

Corked bottle. Pours cloudy gold with a big white head. Very fruity aroma with some yeast and spicy. Different flavour than expected but still good. Spicy taste with some dusty yeast in the background and a little alcohol in the finish. Enjoyable.

This one I liked, it was beautiful amber color with a nice this white head. The aroma was spicy and the flavor was vary well balanced and nice to drink.

Thanks to rcasta. Drank it last nite at El Salvador’s beer session. Pour a light yellow with white head. Light bodied, subtle taste of fruits and yeast. Quite refreshing.
