3/11/08 notes: From bottle at Brewery tasting. Poured a pilsener-like light golden color with a huge white head. Quite vibrant. Mouthfeel is quite thin with pearly carbonation. What came through to me were two flavors: coriander/spices and a champagne-like fruity sweetness. Overall, quite interesting, but not a beer I would go back to often because of the carbonation, light palate, and sweetness. Maybe it’s the style.

Aug 29, 2008 On tap at the Neighborhood. Hazy yellow with a nice, white fluffy head. Big sweet aroma, of fruit - mainly bananas - cloves, other spices, wheat, and hops. Big taste, of hops, fruit, spices - a bit sharp. Lingering sharp spiciness. Very tasty.

Aug 26, 2008 Pours to golden body with THICK white head that lingers for several minutes. Not a great beer but definitely worth your money.

Hazy pale orange, small persistent tight head. Sharp sour fruity aroma - citrus. Soft palate, pleasant carbonation. Tangy hops, but a little cardboardy. Sharp citrus too, and apple, but also some alcohol. Passable saison, but not great.

Aug 25, 2008 Updated: Aug 26, 2008White head. Hazy pale yellow colour. Apple in the nose. Fresh fruity taste with some hints of pears. Mild spiciness in the aftertaste. A 0.75 bottle shared at Pikkulintu.
