The nose on this one is just wrong. In every way. I’m suspecting sun damage because it just went very very skunky. I can tell from the taste that it has a lot to offer, but I can’t get over the nose to go much further. In fairness, I will try this one again.
Taste is light and crisp, with a nice aftertaste. Sad treatment of this bottle.

Dec 27, 2009 750 mL bottle. Poured hazy, golden and straw-colored, with a medium foamy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, orangepeel and citrus, and bubblegum. Taste is sweet, slight bubblegum, with a slightly sour, alcohol-laden finish. Lively and carbonated. I haven’t had too many of the style, but I was pretty impressed by this. Would definitely drink this again.

Dec 25, 2009 Pours a cloudy golden color with a large thick white long lasting head. It has the aroma of bread, wheat and spices. Tastes of bread and coriander with a little lemon and banana. This is a wonderful and complex beer and I would love to drink it again.

Dec 13, 2009 Bottle. Poured a hazy orangish yellow with a medium white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma was full of floral notes, orange peel, yeast and clove. Flavor was sweet with floral and banana notes and a yeasty undertone.

Dec 11, 2009 Aroma is spice, colander and wheat. Appearance is a small frothy head, with bubbles from the bottom. Taste is of wheat and spices with a thin palate and some bite. Great refreshing beer.

Dec 10, 2009 A: pretty light yellow in color with a big head that settles down nicely.
S: Fresh citrus fruit with a nice yeastiness about it. Very inviting.
T: A very nice tasting beer. Light up front with a nice mild spiciness. Finishes with the taste of lemon peel and a bit of that yeast I smelled.
M: Sparkling and light. Goes down rather easy.
D: I bottle these in the small 12 oz, bottles but could but down a big boy with ease.

Dec 6, 2009 Thick, sweet and light all at the same time. One of my new favorites. Very smooth and easily sessionable.
