Aroma: Aroma is lemon and yeast mostly
Appearance: Hazy yellow color, white head
Flavor: Taste is semi-sweet wheat and citrus
Palate: The body is fairly light
Overall Impression: Overall this is a very solid example fo the style. One that I have had a few different times in the past, but enjoyed again this time. A nicely made beer.

From a 750 ml corked and caged bottle this poured a hazy golden yellow color with a good sized white head that faded quickly and left moderate lacing . The nose is a sweet citrus aroma showing lemon and orange peel. Good carbonation with a lively mouthfeel. The flavors are somewhat spicy pepper and yeast. The finish is spicy as well and dry. Good rendition of this style.

On tap. Hazy yellow/amber. Sweet scent of banana, cloves, cinnamon and spice. A solid brew that’s on par with some of the actual belgian ales.

Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy but quickly dissappearing head. Aroma is crisp citrus and floral with a slight chemical note and maybe some metal. Sweet nose with mild breadyness and lemon candy. finishes bittersweet and crisp. Overall a very nice beer but for this style, Duvel is still the best.

Weak banana aroma. Cloudy yellow with fine suspended particles and a thick white head. Floral lemon flavor, fizzy mouthfeel. Some grassy notes present. Alcohol content deceptive. Fairly unique, and not very strong.

Poured quite cloudy, light straw color with thin white head. Grapefruit/fruit nose. Flavor is tart and spicy, clean finish, crisp and dry. Light on the tongue. Nice brew

Tap @ BXL: this brew is a failry solid, relatively standard witte with all the norms... hazy muddled yellow pour, citrus, yeasts, wheat, heavy flavor yet light body, a bit spicy, medium to high carbonation. Nothing here makes it a stand out brew.

On tap at Cole’s in Buffalo. Cloudy ochre with slight head and nice lacing. Yeasty bread aroma, nice slightly citrusy yeasty wheat flavour. Nice aftertaste
