Pours a relatively light amber color with a generous off white head and a bit of lacing. It really does have a great look to it. Aroma was faint but pleasant - that of subtle hops with a sweet spiciness to it. There’s not a ton of flavor but it’s good for the summer. Somewhat spicy, with floral notes, a mild bitter hop bite and some Belgian style yeast. Very smooth and a pretty good mix of flavors. faroeviking (6034), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands

Some flowery hops, cookies. Maybe a bit thin. Nice fruity amber ale without any specific character. darkguardian (506), Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 6, 2008 12oz bottle, pours a cloudy burnt orange with a billowy off white head. Nose is similar to a saison, slightly sour and yeasty with hints of spice. Palate starts off spicy but unfortunately goes nowhere, very flat and watery. Strange and somewhat dissapointing. Finishes with a light hop kick and a very light sourness. Bland with a suprisingly thin and watery body. thomat (666), Göteborg, Sweden
