Aroma of tart, slightly funky strawberry and lemon citrus with a touch of sweet caramel malt. Body starts with some slightly soapy bitter and mildly sweet tartness with some lightly oaky cherry complexity toward a drier, earthy tart finish with a touch of brett. A pretty good Flemish sour. ryan (1673), Beltsville, Maryland, USA Feb 26, 2007 Very hazey, light amber body with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma is heavy with cherries, horseblanket, lemon, pineapple, lactic acid and light acetic acid. The flavor is moderately tart, lightly sweet, cherry, cider, vinegar and caramel. Cloudy, yellowish-brown appearance; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Pleasant funk, passion fruit, and citrus in the aroma. Medium-to-full chewy citrus mouthfeel: lively carbonation; coriander, marshmallow, yeast, and esters. Taste is medium sweet, cherry sour, some wood. Light-medium body with light acidity.
