Draft @ BCTC. Dark brown, thick, rich and creamy looking pour with a sizable medium to dark brown head on top. Vibrant, fresh and pronounced nose of creamy oatmeal, chocolate and dry roast, lightly sweet in the nose as well. Over-carbonated and somewhat thin on the palate, with a heavy amount of coffee, much more than in the nose, along with the oatmeal and chocolate notes, but compared to the nose it’s pretty disappointing... thin, plastic-like chocolate tasting completely separate from the oatmeal, compared to a more integrated nose. I wanted to like it, it smelled great, but tasted flabby and messy.

Tap at BCTC. Pour is near black with a decent head. The aroma is intensely roasty, loaded with coffee and peanut. Tons of carbonation kind of masks the flavor, but there are some remnants of coffee rinds, and oat. The "soda" tag is pretty accurate here. Disappointing.

Draft @ BCTC. Pours a murky, chocolate-brown color; light tan head with patchy lacing. Loads of roasted coffee (beautiful note here), bitter chocolate, and cocoa. Highly carbonated. Loads of green, roasted coffee, vegetal / stalky notes, and watery chocolate malts; disappointing concentration in the mouth following the fine coffee character in the nose. Medium mouthfeel: toasty grains, wet malts, chocolate, and light cocoa; some lingering, light stalky vegetal notes.
