Feb 23, 2009 Botella. Hazy deep golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma of wheat and yeast with some spice and mild citrus. Also slight mouldy touch. Good mouthfeel. Wheat and malty flavour with yeast, some citrus and spice. Nice, but the mouldy touch affects the overall.

Feb 19, 2009 22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Dry, spiced and mild wheaty aroma. Mild oxidised aroma, yet with a mild coriander and light citric note to a mild wheaty base flavour. Dry and towards malty finish with a touch of spices.

Feb 5, 2009 On tap at Gramercy Tavern in NYC. Hell of a Belgian white. Hazy yellow/straw color with a lasting white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with hints of lemon. Same on the flavor - very well-rounded. Smooth palate. Very drinkable.

Feb 4, 2009 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, and yeast. Flavor is wheat, touch of light lemon/citrus, and yeasty finish. Drinkable, but winter is definitely the wrong time of the year to indulge in this for me.

Jan 27, 2009 Poured a nice yellow color with a nice fluffy white head that dissipated pretty slowly. Aroma was of citrus fruit and wheat. Flavor was pretty much the same with some spiciness definitely in there with the citrus. The mouthfeel was very pleasant and appropriate for the style. This was a very refresinging beer that I enjoyed. Simple, but good.

Jan 25, 2009 750ml bottle poured into a tumbler. OW pours the color of grapefruit juice with a surprisingly small head That leaves light soapy lacing. The aroma is very subtle with hard-to-find notes of lemon. The body is medium-to-light and slightly oily. The flavor is hard to pin down but lemon grass, wheat and yeast are present. The finish is a tad tart. This is a very drinkable beer that could be an easy standby favorite but it is not anything exceptional.

Jan 24, 2009 Draft in nyc. Wonderful strong wit that is solid flavor without sickly sweet. Banana of course but spicy and refreshing. Well done, quenching.
