Very sweet, candy-like, scent; also spices. Light sweet taste, some spices. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. I didn’t wuite sence the typical spicy and citrus note for a Wit. Might be better as a summer beer than in the winter. Snojerk321 (2021), San Diego, California, USA

Aromas of orange and lemon peel as well as some coriander and nutmeg. Flavor was of tart lemons and yeast. One of the better "domestic" Belgian Witbiers I’ve tried recently. jeremytoni (1122), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

Cloudy yellow color with big white head. A really nice wit with a lot of flavor and good body. The aroma is VERY citrusy with notes of clove. The appearance is nice with a great cloudyness associated with this style of beer. A wonderful white head disappears as you drink the beer. A good amount of carbonation detracts from the otherwise very good beer. Great citrus notes and a hoppy finish. ogglethorp (890), Ohio, USA

Aroma is lemon zest, light grains, orange, spice. Flavor is light malts, wheat, lemon, orange, spice. Palate is light bodied, medium carbonation, finishe clean and refreshing. Very nice. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 29, 2008 750ml bottle - Pours hazy light yellow with a big white head. It’s bubbly and smells of yeast and citrus. The flavor is sweet and light without being watery and has some good citrus notes and a hint of spice. It’s not my favorite style by any means, but this one is a good example of a witbier. markwise (1200), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 29, 2008 Overall this was a good American Wheat Beer. Very cloudy at pour with a vigorous bone-white head. The head goes away to nothingness and the remainder is a very carbonated citrusy (lemon/orange flavor) with clear crisp hop notes at the finish. A good beer from solid folks.
