Cloudy off yellow, rust tinted pour some bubbles and a medium white sudsy head. Aroma of lemon and a spice i cant name (other than coriander). Very spicy & lots of lemon up front with a fruity finish with malty aftertaste. More complex than other whites, the more I drink the deeper it goes. Vanilla, cashews, celery, pinenuts, some yeast for sure and a little soapy. Palate is nice, light and crisp without being obnoxious, appropriate for the style.

Sampled @ GDBTF. pours a cloudy amber with solid rocky head. Strong lemon aroma, also a sort of pickled sourness. Cloves, pepper on the palate, more sour citrus, smooth full wheat malts come in on the finish. Quite nice and refreshing.

Cloudy plae yellow color with a wispy head of bleached white. Light yeasty aroma with some lemony zest. Subtle spicing on the tastebuds. Spritzy and lemony. A smidge of sour. Tartly thirst-quenching and refreshing.

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquor - Pours a hazy light golden color with a 3/4 finger thick white head. Aroma is citrus and light banana. Flavor is full of esters and light spice. Light to medium body. Palate is slightly tart but smooth. A nice Wit.

Ommegang Witte is a hazy pale yellow ale with a thin white head that vanishes. The aroma is of fresh wheat and... perhaps berries. The aroma is very sweet like candy. It is thin and bubbly-- a bit water, but it has a clean exit. It’s pretty smooth. The flavor is lemon and banana, but mostly Fruity Pebbles. I should have had this in the summer! It would make great lawn mowing beer.

Aroma is a mild yeast scent. Color is a very hazy yellow with a touch of orange. Carbonation is good with a nice tight head. Taste is light and lemony. Starting with a light/medium body it goes down with an easy crisp feel. Finish is a mellow wheat and lemon flavor backed by a mild yeast esters. After taste has a slight sour to but its not much. I am a bit disappointed, all the rest of Ommegang’s brews are excellent and I was excepting more from this one. I am in no way saying this is not good, its still a tasty brew just not as good as I had thought it would be.

25.4oz bottle thanks to RSRIZZO-A hazy cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma of yeast and nothing else. Taste of yeast, sourness, floral, clove, and some slight alcohol. Not bad but was expecting more.
