| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 29, 2007 750 ml bottle. Poured a light pale yellow with a thick white head. The flavor is of wheat and citrus with a touch of spice in the finish. The flavors are well balanced with a soft carbonation. A very enjoyable witbier. marchcow (664), Coralville, Iowa, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 28, 2007 Light skunkiness, citrus, malt, and spicy aroma. Light yellow color, almost green grape juice colors with a frothy white bubbly head. Flavor has a mild spiciness, grape, orange, light malt sweetness, minimial bitterness, dryish, light wheat. Highly carbonated balanced with a creaminess that finishes dry. Good light and smooth but well carbonated. Well balanced but perhaps a bit too mild. Good overall though. Nice lemon zest throughout each taste, pours a beautiful head, aroma is perfect and flavor never vanishes in the back of the throat. TheJester (711), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 26, 2007 750 mL bottle. Translucent yellow-orange with a thick, sticky head. Aroma is malt, yeast, and sweet orange. These tastes carry through in the flavour, which is a little sweeter than I’d like. There’s some spice in there as well. It’s heavily carbonated, and a little thin. There are better examples of the style. Cybercat (797), Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 25, 2007 A cloudy light amber yellow with a decent head. Aroma is not strong, wheaty, plenty of lemon tone (but that may have come from the lemon provided with my drink). Flavor is typically wheaty and malty, with a strong citrus overtone and just a hint of bitterness. A nice smooth wheat ale.
