| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 22, 2007 Draught at Collins, NYC. Yellowish white colour. Very small white head. Served with a lemon wedge. Strong lemon aroma. Smooth texture. Low carbonation level. Mellow wheat and yeast flavours. Dark yellowish colour. Cloudy. Not particularly complex, but easy drinkable. mgumby10 (1858), Jupiter, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Pours a cloudy straw color gold with a medium frothy white head. Smells of wheat and citrus fruit. Typical belgian witbier. The taste was much the same. Crisp, lightly fruity wheat characters really stand out. Nothing extraordinary or different about this witbier, but it is a solid showing from an American brewer. These guys really make solid Belgian style brews. This was no exception. Easy drinking and flavorful, nice going. 4nolanz (18), South Carolina, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Jul 20, 2007 A great mix of orange and lemon...not too sweet not too tart. I completely underestimated this beer. Refershing. Will be great while playing bean bag toss in the back yard. wcampbell (582), Central, South Carolina, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jul 20, 2007 Yeasty flavor that is light on spices for a witbier. Light body and surprisingly sweet finish after a tart initial taste. Too light, watery, and weak on spices. thenick (746), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 18, 2007 Pours a cloudy gold with a puffy head. Aroma is very citric, with a yeast characteristic. Taste is heavily citric as well, with vanilla and yeast notes included as well. Not bad, but I’ve had much better. IEBAILI (123), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 13, 2007 Cloudy gold, fluffy white head doesn’t last long, smells sharp, citric, Belgian yeast, aroma is pretty intense; big, spicy taste is not as tart as expected from the smell, but still refreshiing, pretty full body for a witte, nice tart finish, one of my favorite examples of this style. Almost bready wheat taste with lots of fresh citrus flavor.
