Jun 27, 2007 Bottle from Whole Foods. Very light hazy yellow color. Small foamy white head. Aroma is wheat and quite a bit of yeast. Smells like a hefe to me. Very light and refreshing. Some good yeast and spice. A little bit of dustiness towards the finish. Enjoyable wit.

Jun 19, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy straw. Long lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with peppery notes. Wheat and yeasty in flavor, bready and coriander, grains of paradise? Very subtle citrus character. Somewhat one dimensional. Lacks the refreshing, tartness I like in witbier, but good nevertheless.

Jun 18, 2007 750 bottle. Thick, white carbonated head that disappaites slowly. Pale yellow color with yeasty, hazy look. Skunky, musty, spicy nose-almost saison-like nose. Tastes like a wit on steroids with saison characteristics. Nice firm mouth and malty going down. A lot better than I remember.
A very good wit beer. I will buy more of these.

Jun 16, 2007 Pours cloudy yellow, medium white head. Aroma of wheat, tea, and lots of lemons. More citrus in the taste, I’m still getting mostly lemon and some spice, especially in the finish. Smooth and very good to drink in the heat.

Jun 15, 2007 Updated: Jan 31, 2008Poured a cloudy yellowish orange color with a big white head. The aroma was of wheat and some citrus fruits. The flavor is of the same with a little bit of spice to it. The orange and lemon really come out in the taste. A good mouthfeel that is refreshing and smooth. Pretty good interpretation of the style.

Jun 15, 2007 (Tap) Pours a hazy yellow color with a large white head. Fine carbonation, with some yeast and light citrus in the nose. Taste is a bit more spicy, with hints of coriander and even some pepper. However, the body was a little bit thin and some of the subtle wheat flavors seemed to be a little washed out. Still a good beer though!

Jun 11, 2007 (750mL bottle): Pours a cloudy light yellow color, but still translucent. Big white foamy head. Citrus spicy aroma, a light aroma, belgian. Watery, spicy taste. Some good spice, not too carbonated. A nice refreshing berer, good with pepperoni pizza. Tasty, but a little watery.
