draft @ C.W.’s Taproom (2/15 Meet the Brewer: Ommegang). Very light beer, microbubble, white head. Blondish/ white ale. Fresh nose. Cloudy, even lightly spiced mild carbonation. Pleasantly fruity yeast. Easy and enjoyable.

THOUGHTS: Pleasant aroma, but bery light. A pretty good example of the style, but I’ve had better. It looked like lemonade with a head. The best thing about this beverage is the flavor, and I guess that’s what really counts if you want to enjoy a beer. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a hazy, light yellow with a huge, white head that mostly lasted and left good lacing. The aroma was light to moderate yeast, orange, coriander and wheat. The initial flavor was lightly bitter and lemony sour, whilte the finish was lightly sweet and sour with a short duration. The body was light to medium with fizzy carbonation.

750ml, pours hazy straw color with fluffy white head. nose is full of coriander, orange peel, yeast, and barnyard. flavor starts off pretty peppery and nice orange citrus notes but finishes very watery and lacking flavor. mouthfeel is watery and carbination is fizzy. a refreshing and easy drinking beer.

Very pale in look and in flavor. A touch of banana and citrus was about all of the fun in this beer. Amazingly refreshing, but not amazing.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of yeast and wheat, as well as coriander and lemon. Poured a hazy yellow in color with a big, rocky, white head that shrank but lasted throughout. Sparkling. Flavor of coriander, spice, lemon, and fruit. Moderately sweet, not bitter. Medium body. Fizzy carbonation. Short, spicy, sweet, dry finish. Overall a nice Belgian Wheat.

Bomber: Pours pale yellow and slightly hazy. My cat Monster realy seems to like it. She came back for seconds. Quite mellow and smooth. Body is creamy and sweet with a hint of citrus and spice that compliments the tasty fisnish. A gentle malty nose to match.
