Jan 22, 2007 Light almost has a white tinge. Very refreshing even on a cold winter night. I look forward to purchsing another bottle to try to detect the taste more than the citrus zing.

Jan 14, 2007 Pours a lightly hazed pale gold, lighter than I expected. A thin cap of white foam dissipates almost instantly. No lacing, no head retention. Tart and mildy spicy in the aroma.
Crisp and tart beer, with a mild lemon tang and noticeable yeast and coriander flavors. Pretty light bodied, gently carbonated. I was underwhelmed at first, but subsequent glasses grew on me. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

Hazy light yellow color. Light aroma of citrus and vanilla. Mellow flavor, with light wheat character and vanilla. Light beer, but not without interest.

Jan 10, 2007 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head that doesn’t last. Aroma is strong with wheat with a hint of lemon, spices, and orange in the background. Not an overpowering aroma. Good balance. Flavor starts off strong of wheat that gives way to a lemon flavor with a hint of orange. No flavor is overpowering any of the others and is one of the most balanced wheat beers I’ve tasted. Very good.

Jan 10, 2007 Poures cloudy yellow with a white head that fizzled away pretty quick. Aroma is wheat, and then some more wheat. Orange and lemon citrus are noticeable with a hint of spices. The flavor is very soft. Lemon and wheat are the main players here, with a very muted touch of spices. The wheat is not overpowering, it’s very well balanced. Not normally a fan of wheat beers but I could sit on my porch on a warm summers eve and enjoy a few of these.

Jan 10, 2007 pours acloudy murky golden color with a layer of white foamy head. Did a side by side with Allagash Witte. Hard to tell the difference. Both were only okay but were complex just not all that good. Some wheat-lemony notes with a dash of spice but very slight flavors.

Jan 9, 2007 Cloudy, hazy beer. Too bitter for a wit beer. I expected a stronger orange coriander flavor but the hops overpowered those flavors on my palate.

Dec 29, 2006 750ml bottle out of a case. Hazy light gold color with a good white head. Definite citrus notes and a good level of bitterness. Enjoyed drinking this beer even as it rose to room temperature in the bottle.
