Bottle. Quite grainy/crackery/wheaty, i.e quite malty. Sweetish, lightly sticky, with some yeasty dryness in the finish, some slightly sugary carbonation, i was a little dissapointed, but i still quite liked it.

Bread dough aroma. Sweetish, some caramel. Malty, breadfy. Just a hint of hops, licorice and orange. Fairly well balanced. Dry mouthfeel.

Very yeasty (just like all de Onder de Linden brews I've tasted), malty and fruity aroma. Cloudy, brown coloured with a nice lasting head. Taste is malty, yeasty and spicy, bit fruity. Sticky beer.

I thank my friend Oscar, who brought this bottle all the way from Wageningen, Holland, to sample with me at school. Has a dark, murky appearance of copper red with a large tan head. Smells very active... mostly of yeast, sour apples, and cinnamon, quite spicey. Sticky, syrupy texture, and quite dry as well. Some lemon and orange flavors are evident, with some nice sweet spices such as allspice and nutmeg present as well. Ginger and pepper too? Quite nice.
