Jan 23, 2006 Bottle, PRZH Winterbierfestival. Cloudy orange color, short head. Aroma of caramel malt, some orange, bit peppery, some yeast. Creamy taste, some alcohol, sweet and malty. This small brewery makes fine beer.

Jan 14, 2006 New version, 8,1% on the label. Orange blonde color, huge head. Hoppy, peppery aroma with a touch of licorice. Strong hoppy oily, peppery flavor with hints of licorice, citrus, caramel and cinnamon. Bitter nutty aftertaste. There is complexity in this surprisingly good beer.

Feb 17, 2005 Bottled. Faint aroma with just a hint of apricot. Murky oker color, off-white head that diminishes fast leaving no lace. Sweet, light bitter, light sour, fruity, peach, hint of spices, medium body, little sticky.
