Bottle 75cl. @ home.
Alc. 6.6%. Clear sparkling medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, fruity - overriped pineapple, perfume, citrus notes, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, stable. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090512]

Bottle, 6.6% sell-by end 2008. Drunk at room temperature, presented a huge, long lasting head. Once quitened, the beer was left with a very pleasant soft carbonation. Flavour light, grassy, balanced. Alcohol well hidden. I approached this long established brewery with caution but this much better than the factory brewery blonds and congratulations to the brewer.

6.6% on the label of the 75 cl bottle. Pale blonde, hazy, frothy head. Citrus and flowery and oily hops in the aroma. Firm oily hoppy, but also malty flowery hopbitter flavor with a touch of vanilla. Earthy oily hopbitter aftertaste. Excellent! I guess Onder de Linden now has perfected the recipe.

Bottled. Orange aroma with some spices and a hint of pepper. Light hazy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, orange, herbal, light bitter. Medium body, little dry. Where’s the alcohol?
