Grain mill and cardboard like, not offensive, with a light paper like finish. As stated on the menu it goes down easy. yobdoog (1456), Woodridge NY, New York, USA

Taste is also light and crisp. A good local lager if I was local. Easy drinking alternative to the macro, well made and clean. kramer (2465), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 17, 2008 10 oz glass, at brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold body under a small white head. Pretty clean nose, just some pale malt with minimal to no hops. Very light aroma, but no off notes at all, which is good. The flavor is fairly clean as well, some pale doughy malt and cereal grains with a crisp finish almost devoid of hops. Reminds me of the bowl of Wheaties that I had earlier that same morning. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate fizzy carbonation. My first beer from them, and they’re off to a decent start. Nothing spectacular, but that’s not the intent I guess.
