Oct 25, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. Pours a pale golden body with a white head. Lemon zest, wheat, some banana notes, some candy like sweetness. Sugar coated pears and light spices. Nice.

Oct 10, 2009 Draft pint, at One Guy Oktoberfest 2009. Pours a cloudy yellowish body with a one finger frothy white head. The nose is fairly standard for the style: wheat, Hefe yeast, some light banana and clove, etc. The flavor was much the same, a little bit of bubble gum and banana esters with earthy yeast and just a slight bit of clove. Mouthfeel was fairly creamy and smooth, but I could have gone for a little more body. Nice soft fizzy carbonation level. Overall, a little below average for an American Hefe, but no major flaws.

Nov 20, 2008 Slightly cloudy gold with a rich white head. Banana and clove wheat aroma with sunscreen and apple. Weird, funky almost acidic taste. Strange tartness. Some banana but mostly off flavors.
