Draft at the brewpub. Pours an amber rustic body with a white head, by far one of the best looking beer bodies i have seen to date, esp with the dim light of the brewpub. Sweet malty, dried fruit, some floral hop tones. Sweet and clean and a bit of spiciness almost cinnamon esk in nature. Mild apple sweetness. Nice beer.

Pint, via gravity keg, at One Guy Oktoberfest. Pours a hazy orangish copper body with a great one inch tight bubbled off-white head that had nice retention and left some delicate lacing. The nose is toasty and munich malts with a restrained but noticeable floral hoppiness. The flavor was fairly clean in the sense of off-flavors, but it had a nice well rounded softness due to the yeast presence that you don’t always find in an Oktoberfest. Finishes with a touch of sweetness and a light floral hop note. Mouthfeel was just right, soft lightly fizzy carbonation, and enough body to give it a nice heft without being too thick and sweet. Overall, a pretty nice beer, it probably didn’t hurt that I had it very fresh from the source and from the gravity keg.

On tap at EB&B. Pours a hazy almost milky golden orange with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malts, floral and citrus notes, candy sweet and light hops. Flavor of sweet breast malt, citrus notes, grainy, light alcohol and kind if creamy.

[Draft @ EB+B] Poured a hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, wheat, toasted malts, and a bit of toffee. Taste of citrus, toast, nuts, and light caramel in the finish.
