Stasera volevo stappare qualcosa di poco impegnato; le prime impressioni non sono state ottime, tipo l’acqua quando lavi l’orologio nel bicchiere. Metallo schietto, però pian piano si stempera in un dolcino un po’ ruffiano e in una nota cerealosa però comunque MENO cerealosa di quella porcheria della Palm che Iddio ce ne scampi e liberi in saecula saeculorum amen. Quando uno ne beve un po’ alla fine si abitua e non diventa neanche così disprezzabile. Tuttavia non speciale, per niente (anche se ce lo scrivono sulla bottiglia per ricordarci che è ad alta fermentazione); è la mia 400esima birra qua su.
