A deep dark stout with no head head. A more vanilla bean intense chocolate aroma, with light peated notes. In mouth, a nice little stout with wood notes, bitter chocolates, light cherries. Lighter than expected. On tap at brewpub, Inbièrenationale IV, May 2007.
