Commercial Description:
This beer is brewed for those who appreciate the pure pleasure of the Hop. The malt comes through, but its not long before the hops take over! Aromatic, bitter and a bit strong, this beer graduated from the more is better school.

Pours a slightly opaque golden amber with a fluffy white head that lingers as a cap for the duration and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is of floral and citrus hops and a hint of spices on a bready malt base. The taste is similar to aroma with a big citrus hop kick up front before giving way to the biscuity malt base. The spices show up in the finish with a bit of pepper in there as well. The mouthfeel is fairly light and with the interesting spicy aftertaste. This is a unique and tasty IPA and one that I enjoyed.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fruity-fresh aroma. Tastes hoppy and dry, very like wood. Grasy-dry finish. Strange, but good! Big thanks to jjpm74 for the bottle!

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of floral hops, pine, a hint of nectarine, and grass. Poured amber in color with a large, creamy, rocky, beige head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Nice, wispy lacing. Flavor is lightly bitter and light to medium sweet. Tastes of hops, light resin, pine, light caramel, grass, and a hint of citrus. Medium body. Slightly chalky texture. Soft to average carbonation.

Pours amber into a shaker. Offwhite head with medium retention. Pine and resin aromas. Full bodied with piney hops from front to back. Dry finish.

Bottle: Hoppy aroma with strong flavor. Not my type of beer, but a great IPA

Got myself a growler of this to bring to a back yard pig roast for the end of summer. Was a nice thing to pass around and share. amber coloring and a bubblely head mismatched a fairly light body. lot of bitterness in the taste but clean finish that made you able to take another sip soon enough. Was well suited for the big meal i got to have and the sunny day i enjoyed it on. Plus great value with it being 6.50 for 64oz.

Pours a sunset-gold with minimal white head and slightly ragged lacing. Piney Northwestern hop aroma with grapefruity undertones, quite sharply bitter on the palate, with a very mild bready malt backbone, but pretty aggresively hoppy, with a strong, tonic-like finish. All in all, a solid, typical micro IPA.

Bottle of Opa-Opa IPA thanks to jjpm74. I guess this is bottled in New York and the brewpub is in MA. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. The aroma is full of rich caramel malts and tons of sweet hops. The flavor is quite full; initial caramel and sweet citrus flavors followed by a lingering metallic and bitter hop. Quite dry in the finish also. Very nice. A medium and carbonated mouthfeel.
