The first time I tried this beer, I was pleasently surprised to the aroma when I opened it. It was strong but not pungent. Then when I tasted it, I was a slap in the face with Hops style IPA!!!! Truely enjoyed it!!! rcweir (121), Massachusetts, USA

Man, I judged this one wrong by the stupid label. It is a very smooth and balanced. It is a bit bitter but has a nice malt backbone to balance things out. RCL (1487), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA

Clear dark golden color with great lacing and a white head. Fruity nose. Light, inviting, balanced. Slight thinness. Good-natured brew with mostly clean malt that is slightly sweet and a nice hoppy breeze to balance it out. Quaffable. Very nice approach to the style.
Bottle. Clear golden, nice white head and lacing. Not as good as I remember it from brewhouse. Maybe a little stale, but tastes earthy and not very bright. Still it’s easy drinking. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Aroma - Fresh, hoppy aroma of pine and citrus, with some caramel and light fruit in the background.
Appearance - Clear burnt orange, medium white head, and only so-so lace.
Flavor - Citrus peel bitterness comes on quickly, overwhelming the underlying sweet malt flavors.
Plalate - Medium body and carbonation, resinous with a long dry finish.
Overall - A solid American IPA, thirst quenching, and flavorful. WeeHeavySD (3040), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA
