Commercial Description:
This beer is brewed for those who appreciate the pure pleasure of the Hop. The malt comes through, but its not long before the hops take over! Aromatic, bitter and a bit strong, this beer graduated from the more is better school.

Draught@Redbones. Quite pleasant, typically American IPA, with some piney floral hop notes in the aroma. Palate is piney, with notes of grapefruit and lychee, with some nice bitterness on the end. Had a pint of this and was very satisfied. A nice drop.

12 oz bottle via bmatin08 (thanks!). Pours a semi clear amber with a nice beige head. Nose is floral hops with some subtle honey notes.Taste start sweet, then some nuttiness, some biscuity flavors, and then a strong floral hop presence in the finish. Seems like a cross between an English IPA and an American IPA. I also detect a bit of orange peel and metallic in the aftertaste. Body is medium, carbonation just right, and head has good retention.

This is a nice IPA that pours ligh red. We see notes of hops on the nose and a deeper hop fruit on the palate with the sweetness of the malt peeking through.

6 pack of 12oz bottles from the grocery store across the street from the new place. This brewery is less than 10mins down the road. I’m most excited for the milk stout and the double IPA. This one has a nice light red pour and a half inch head that lasts for most of the beer. The flavor is harsh pine hops and caramel. There are tons of hops in there and the 6.8% gives the hops a metallic flavor. Not bad.

This was a handfilled unpasterized bottle, courtesy of the brewers. It pured a foamy and slightly amber colour. C hop aroma. Good bitterness and satisfying finish. Very drinkable IPA.

64 oz growler. Golden orange hazy brew. Aroma is quite fruity and hoppy, with lots of orange and grapefruit. A bit of vanilla and honey with a light sweet spiciness. The flavour is sweet with a light caramel maltiness, fruity orange and grapefruit. Good balance and the light spiciness adds a nice complexity. Lingering earthy bitterness.

Robe blonde aux reflets cuivrée très claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche en dentelle qui s’estompe. Arômes de houblon résineux. Saveurs de houblon amérisant citronné et résineux.
