Mar 5, 2009 A deep dark stout with a thin moka head. A pleasant lactaceous chocolate, with moka notes. In mouth, a good roasted malt, very restrained, with peaty notes. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Inbièrenationale IV, May 2007.

Jul 29, 2007 I liked this summer time stout. It has all of the nuances of a deep stout. Notes of coffee, chocolate, and toasted malts. The palate keeps the flavors but offer a lighter bersion of the overall mouthfeel. I like that idea when it is 90 degrees outside.
