| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 6, 2007 My Bottom Line:
Clean cereals propose humble sweetness for the wooden hop flavor and bitterness to balance out. Storyless but well made, this Pale Ale might lack hop flavor and aroma to please some lovers of the style.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam decorates the clear orangey blond.
-Passive apricots convey fruitiness to the sweet grain.
-The supporting hop bitterness lingers nicely.
-The nose is not expressive enough to make me feel like diving in.
On tap at the brewpub.
