The novelty wore off soon after the pour. It’s perhaps the palest yellow beer I’ve seen, some bubbling, with a small white head. There’s not much of an aroma, merely a suggestion of sweetness. It’s pretty much like drinking seltzer water after having had a Coors Light. Nothing here, really.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 27, 2008 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Three Cellars in St Francis, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light straw color brew with a thin and fast dissolving white head that dissipates to a thin film and thin ring. Aroma of pre-skonk citrus hops, some white pepper, light white bread malt, and a touch of hay. Taste is very light bodied, well-carbonated, some old cellar mustiness with a hint of flavors of white bread dough and some grassy hops. Finish is faint, clean cut with a hint of bitterness that quickly disappears that is hard to detect. It may keep the light beer drinkers happy. Sammy (4049), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
