Mar 30, 2008 Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clearamber, rocky head. Aroma of lychee and sweaty mango. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Powerfully hoppy, floral and piney. Fruity with solid body with salty bitter finish. A drinkable, clean American style IPA - the most extrovert brew yet from Oppigårds.

Fruity and hoppy aroma of yeast, cardemomme and grass.
Fruity and hoppy flavour of grass, pine needles and cardemomme.
Dry hoppy finish.
Nice.

Hazy amber color; creamy head. It has a medium hoppy aroma, earthy, a bit cheesy, that hides a very mild fruity touch. The caramel flavor and strong hopping (not much aromatic) turn into a lightly sourish/astringent feeling; I’m afraid of a small fermentation problem that affects this beer, or maybe it’s just the keg, spoiling a bit the experience…

Apr 13, 2008 Drauhgt at The Rover, Göteborg. Orange color, offwhite creamy head. Grape aroma, rather fruity, green apples, floral notes. Hoppy, fruity grape flavor, grassy, a bit metallic, apples, and with a rather clear bitter finish.

Grassy citric flavour with a lot of hoppiness.
Solid, dry bitterness with notes of salty licorice.
