A bit thin though ante (2525), Stockholm, Sweden Apr 13, 2006 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm. Clear dark golden with a rich snow.white head. Strong aroma of diacetyl, which cover the faint tones of grass and raspberries. Once again, the flavour of diacetyl dominates with dry undertones of grass and wormwood. Buttery finish with a dry grassy aftertaste. I’m not impressed. MrWalker (928), Stockholm, Sweden Apr 13, 2006 Keg @ Glennfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm Aroma of cookie dough! Also a hint of red summer berries. Taste is composed mostly of butterscotch and malt tannines. Toasted bread and industrial (chemical) cheeze is also appearent. Red summer berries and pine apple in the very far background. Strange long aftertaste where apple pits is the dominating factor. I am impressed with most of the brews from this very small brewery but this is hardly drinkable. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Apr 12, 2006 Sampled draught at MacKinley’s Inn, Stockholm. Deep golden with small creamy head. Strong buttery aroma with hints sof spicy hops and cabbage. There is some malt sweetness and rounded mouthfeel. The body is beefier than you’d expect from the abv. Plenty of butterscotch, but the hops break through towards the finish, which holds medium bitterness. If you don’t like diacetyl, then this will not be your favourite beer. Personally I do like it, but the cabbage comes through at times, which is a problem for me.
