Commercial Description:

Pale yellow with a weak off-white head. An aroma of toffee, spice, hops and malt notes. A flavor of hops, grass, citrus, no sweets, dry finish.

Clear golden ale topped by a light white film. A rather hoppy one, quite floral and leafy. It all leaves a pretty sharp bitterness, mineral and at times a bit brash and overly rough. At the same moment, the grainy, hay-like elements from the malts are comfortable, sweetish and brightly extracted. The result is that the beer is finely balanced until the roughness kicks in towards the finish.

500 ml bottle. Dark golden colored, medium-sized white head. A very aromatic beer with aromas of earthy, grassy and citrussy hops and light bready semi-dry malts. Light sweet malty taste with a well prononced hopflavor. Well-bodied. Mild lingering bitterness in the finish. A very nice Premium Lager.

Bottled. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of hop, some grapefruit and pine, pils malt, bit grassy as well. Bitter taste, bit grassy, slight dry. A premium lager with a bit more hop than usual. Quite thin body though.

A Mes rate: Bottle at LCRBM3. Golden brown with a reasonable white head. Malty aroma with some faint sweetness (vanilla?) and a little hoppage. Herbacious and hoppy in the mouth with some nice fruity notes and a bitter but slightly stick finish.
