Nov 2, 2008 (On tap) Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Fat, fresh American hops in the nose. Light body with some caramel and a distinct, hop bitter finish. The hop blend is mixed English and American, but for sure the American stand out, making this closer to an APA. 180908

Jul 9, 2008 Draught at Bishop’s Arms SoFo, Stockholm. Clear amber, dense head. Rich lychee and gooseberry-like hop aroma. Dryish and medium bofief with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and juicy. Very American with lots of PNW hops. Very bitter finish. Quite similar to Närke Slättöl, which is a very good thing. Oppigårds continue to impress.

Clear medium to dark orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange, citrus, fruity, exotic fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [270908]

Shady orange to copper color, fluffy lasting white head. Pineapple, orange, sticky green, hoppy grape scent. Bitter hoppy tsate, bitter lingering aftertaste, also a bit fruity. I’d like the taste a bit less bitter and more balanced, it’s still nice though. A bit spritzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. It feels refreshing, though a bit sweeter wouldn’t hurt as for my personal taste.
