Unclear yellow orange color with a small fizzy fair lacing white to off-white head. Aroma is smoke, smoked meat, light malty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Not my kind of beer ! :o| Mes_and_Sim (4320), Highgate, Greater London, England Jun 4, 2007 A Mes rate:
Bottle. Its clearly a love or hate thing. Well, ok love is maybe taking it a little far as it is obviously not amazing but I actually thought it was pretty good. Murky amber looks do it no favours. Aroma is germoline and hospitals. Personally I like it, many would find it vile I’m sure. Flavour is similar with T.C.P. malty and a nice peaty note. It’s not amazing but it’s certainly unusual.
