Commercial Description:
When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP.
The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.

Bottle from sicilianos in grand rapids, mi. Clear dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is strong honey, sweet caramel, orange, some green apple, some red fruit, nice. Flavor is honey, caramel, alc, some perfume, sw. eet dough, a little grainy, flowery. Medium body and only the slightest bit syrupy, light carbonation. Defintely more honey in the aroma than the flavor, nice but still the sweetness is a tad bit cloying and the alc is a tad bit burning.

Source:Tasting in Nashville.
Glass:Snifter.
Appearance:Cloudy amber pour with a thin off white head.
Aroma:Citrus hops and hints of earth and grass.
Flavor:Honey, oranges and other sweet fruits. A hint of alcohol
Palate:Full body with solid carbonation.
Overall:Not a lawnmower beer. A little to fruity and sweet for me.

Pours clear amber with hardly any head. Aroma of candied sugar and faint orange. Taste is not as bad as I thought it would be, but definitely not great either; just drinkable. On second thought, yeah it’s pretty bad. Overly sweet and slightly sticky. A little too much alcohol for such a plain beer. Honey, orange, A Pils, and 11% just don’t go together.

Bottle. Oh lord, I am pretty scared of this. I passed it up in Nashville, but when I came across it again in Asheville I got suckered in. Pours a pretty clear orange with a ring of foam for a head. The aroma is not that bad actually. Wait. . .11%?!? No way. The aroma is not too bad and certainly does not reveal any alcohol. Strong notes of sweet mandarin oranges are present with just a hint of cardboardy hops. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky, but not a problem. This is one fruity beer. Peaches, oranges, and honey make up the flavor. The finish is lingering. Y’know this really isn’t that bad. It’s too sweet to drink a lot of, but not punishing by any means.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with lots of malt and alcohol as well as lighter notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits and an edge of acidity. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle. A Cloudy orange color with a thin white head, light carbonation,a little spotty lacing. Aroma is of sweet honey, malt and floral hops.Flavor is very sweet, fruity, sugary apples, oranges, and some thick caramel malt, thick heavy body ,with a sticky mouthfeel, slightly alcoholic in the finish. It took me a litte bit to warm up to this,a good brew and a fun try but a little too sweet for me.

Bottle from I think Kramer. I had no idea this was 11%, I figured it’d just be a pils. It is pretty horrid. Super sweet honey aroma, buckwheat, little complexity. Sweet, acrid, simply nasty flavor, just awful. I can’t drink this.
