| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 19, 2009 Bottle received as a bonus from Beerlando (Thanks!). Pour was a vibrant burnt orange color with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma was orange, herbal and a little alcohol. Flavor was a rich, syrupy and very sweet. Orange/honey flavor was very alcoholic and not very well balanced. Might give this one another chance if I could get it on tap somewhere. TURDFERGUSON (1605), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jan 7, 2009 Bottle. Nose of honey, light citrus, alcohol. Golden color with no head. Flavor is honey and orange as you would expect and not much else. Pretty boring and a thinner mouthfeel than you would expect. I didn’t come close to finishing the bottle. I feel like Kimjohannsen. next! coyotehunter (551), , Michigan, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 6, 2009 Bottle thanks to hopscotch, I really enjoyed this one! Pours with a large, fluffy, off-white head and a chill hazed orange-gold body. Good lacing and very decent retention. Aroma of cardboard, graham cracker, earthy hops, honey and some orange zest zing. Taste is sweet with honey and malt and some fragrant orange. Not bad. Well hidden alcohol, lively bubbles, which work very well with the character of the beer, and a dry finish.
