draft. Cereal aroma, hints of honey and malt. Pours very light blonde with a thin white head. Very light, sweet malts, cereal bready flavor, with a clean crisp finish.

Pours yellow gold with little or no head. The aroma is sweet with a hint of something I can’t put my finger on. Bubble Gum? Monster carbonation....this beer looks real refreshing without a taste...Flavor is not bad at all. I good beer...although not earth changing...Would have this one again. and again.

Pint on tap at Mello Mushroom. Rather average looking lager beer, golden with a white head that drops back. Aroma was floral and fruity. Flavor was decent but uninspiring. Medium body. Nothing wrong but rather boring. Still better than a lot of beers.

Bottled (by Frederick Brewing) Lightly hazy golden, creamy head. Interesting orangey nose. Sweet and fruity with the light vegetable flavour I nearly always find in honey beers. Medium bodied with some soothing honey flavour. Low bitterness.

Bottled (by Frederick Brewing Company, Frederick, MD for Unique beers, thanks Degarth!). Golden colour, mediumsized whtie head. Aroma is bigtime honey, Flavour is malty, honeyish and slightly hoppy. A very pleasant and alternative pilsener.

6/15/2007: Orange Blossom Pilsner has a nice, clear golden color and lots of lively carbonation. There is a foamy white head that slowly fades an leaves a lasting creamy white crown. The aroma and flavor are both soft and slightly sweet. There is a hint of honey (floral) in both the aroma and flavor as well. The honey is mostly noticeable in the finish and lingering honey flavor. The texture of the beer is smooth and it has a medium body. This is a pretty well-crafted beer. I enjoyed it and found it to be quite good...

Tap at Cafe Tu Tu Tango. The beer pours to a clean golden body with a slight thin white head. The aroma is Saaz and light oranges. The flavor was really nice. A great pilsener base complimented by mandarin orange juice. Worked really well. In fact, a buddy put a scoop of vanilla ice cream into it and it tasted pretty decent. Crisp, light, refreshing. May not be so good when bottled. Tap was very drinkable!
