The aroma has a light honey sweetness over a bready malt with just a touch of grassy bitterness. That hoppiness does build somewhat in the flavor, the honey returning as a bit of the crisp and grassy finish. Not bad.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 25, 2007 Updated: Mar 7, 2008Re-rated side-by-side with OBP2. Pours slightly hazy tangerine gold. Minimal white head leaves little to no lacing. Aromas are honey, orange blossoms nectar, and dry wheat. Flavors follow suit, with the honey sweetness overpowering what little hop character there is. The sticky, medium palate is overly cloying and annoying. This recipe needs alot of work.
Original rating 5/25/07. This is becoming an Orlando staple, but I find it to be highly overrated. Pour is orange with minimal head. Aroma is mostly honey and orange. Taste follows the same path, but the downfall is the sweetness. If only this beer were less sweet, it would be much more enjoyable. Very syrupy. Too sweet for me. lesjo82 (1), USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | May 19, 2007 award winning beer- a must try. great beer! we always love having an obp, its becoming part of orlando history. juiceisloose (671), Windermere, Florida, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 23, 2007 12 oz bottle pours a clear light yellow body with a small white head that drops immediately. No lacing. Restrained aroma of adjuncts and faint honey and florals. Light medium body with aggressive carbonation. Taste is vegetal with slight floral bitterness and a touch of honey. Not assertive enough to be horrid. Very much like a middling light lager.
