Very, very small white head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, visible fast rising carbonation, transparent, and a gold hue. Nose was somewhat stinky, oranges, honey and sweet. Flavor was sweet, oranges, honey, dry and sticky tasting. Tingly and dry mouthfeel. Light body. Just so-so. Nothing to get overly excited about. Not one to seek out again. Rather boring and pretty much one dimensional. morrdt (608), Jacksonville, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 14, 2007 Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a golden like color with a light head. Light honey aroma. Tastes like a Miller Lite with a touch of orange and honey to it. An average beer at best. boboski (1095), Alabama, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 28, 2006 Draft. Pours out a smooth viscous, hazy orange with minimal white head. Aroma is pleasant, noble hops, honey and caramel, bready yeasts and graham crackers. Taste is mostly light honey with little sweetness and a clean hop finish. This beer is far better on draft than from a bottle, but I suspect the bottling issues will be resolved shortly. Very easy drinking, light and refreshing. While this isn’t a style of beer I prefer I think this one is on the mark, good job Tom. Now that this will be brewed at Thomas Creek who has excellent water quality, this should improve further, and arrive back in Florida fresher. PhillyBeer2112 (2088), Orange Park, Florida, USA
