2009 Bottle - Thanks kramer! - Pours dark yellow with a small white head...aroma is bright and sweet, grassy, yeasty...flavour is similarly sweet, floral fruit, very thin and watery, but decent flavour and decent alcohol...bready, citrus finish, not much else...

Bottle from Frugal MacDoogal. Pours a clear straw golden with a one finger white head that dissipates to about 1/8". Carbonation bubbles continually rise from the bottom to the top without sticking to the glass. Lagery aroma with notes of raw bread dough, honey, corn, and biscuit. Light bodied with with macro-like mouthfeel, but with less fizziness. The typical pale lager malt profile is a tad weak, leaving this watery with nothing more than honey and a weak spicy hops. Finish is dry and clean. Nothing exciting here unless you are a pale lager junkie. Cheapdark would probably like this. Me? Meh

Pours an amber yellow with wispy resemblances. Lots of honey sweetness. Pretty much like every honeywiess i’ve had. Not bad, but nothing that i’d ever seek out.

12oz bottle 2/26/09 (Knightly Spirits)-Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of sweetness, honey, malt, and hops. Taste of sweetness, honey, and malt. This light bodied brew is not bad but was expecting more. Not a bad beer.

I am extremely dissapointed by this. Average macro gold pour with a small head and slight sweet and corn aroma. I couldnt pick up on the honey that much. wasnt bad, I just expected more.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a small fizzy white head. Light visible carbonation. Lightly sweet nose with a touch of honey, pils malt, and a touch of hops. The flavor is quite sweet and dominated by the honey, covering up what decent base beer that might be there. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate fizzy carbonation. Slightly clingy sweet finish. OK for what it is, but not really a favorite or even something that I could have more than one of at a time.
