Not much of a pilsner taste, but a quality beer nonetheless. The honey flavor is fairly subtle. Very refreshing in hot weather! BorksBabe (81), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 14, 2008 A very nice beer. The aroma is of citrus and a hint of sweet honey. Appearance is a golden amber with a VERY thin head. Flavor is much like most citrus/honey beers... very smooth palate. Overall.. I like it! NachlamSie (1637), Tennessee, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 2, 2008 Bottle into a pilsener glass. The pour is typical clear yellow, though a pretty neat white head floats on top. Orange and honey are surprisingly noticeable in the aroma. The orange seems more like a suggestion while the honey seems very real. Neither of these notes is overbearing and some predictable modest malty notes are present. I was just starting to appreciate the aroma until I took a sip. It takes on something which reminds me of watered down soda with a slightly sour finish. Natural honey flavor comes into play somewhere in the middle and is probably my favorite thing about this beer. Hops are nearly absent in the tasting experience. This is not much of a pils. I definitely feel it derives most of its character from the use of honey. Give me some aggressive hopping on this sucker to round out the sweetness and I’d be happier. Also, I disagree with their claim of a "dry. . .beer". jeremytoni (1106), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 12, 2008 Kinda tastes like orange juice mixed with tonic water. And why is this a Pilsener and not a fruit beer? Not that it matter, I guess. But it certainly seems more orangey than pilsnery. kiefdog (1604), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jun 22, 2008 On tap at Mellow Mushroom (Brandon, FL). Pours a clear golden color with a very thin white head. Little detectable aroma emanating from this pint glass. Maybe some hints of wheat and citrus. Sadly, the taste was not much different from the aroma; that is, it tasted like a pilsner but without much citrus, honey or orange blossom flavor. On subsequent tastes we noted a generally watery mouthfeel with a somewhat bitter, dirty dishwater aftertaste. changeup45 (790), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Bottle labeled as "Florida’s Honey Beer". Pours a bright golden colored with tons of carbonation and a huge off-white head. Aroma is fruity with honey and a bit grainy. The beer tastes very sweet with lots of honey and a touch of hops in the background. It’s too sweet, almost to the point where it seems a little sticky. Interesting and defnitely a unique brew. They make a OBP Squared... I can only imagine how sweet that one is.
