Bottle: Pours a transparent deep golden bronze with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malts with a touch of citrusy oranges. Body starts thin and citric with a touch of mild sweetness. Pretty bland and uninteresting apart from the fruity tartness.

Jul 21, 2008 Nice smooth pilsener style ale. Good balance of wheat and yeasty flavors. Sampled at the St. Pete Florida Craft Beer Fest.

Jul 12, 2008 Kinda tastes like orange juice mixed with tonic water. And why is this a Pilsener and not a fruit beer? Not that it matter, I guess. But it certainly seems more orangey than pilsnery.

Jun 22, 2008 On tap at Mellow Mushroom (Brandon, FL). Pours a clear golden color with a very thin white head. Little detectable aroma emanating from this pint glass. Maybe some hints of wheat and citrus. Sadly, the taste was not much different from the aroma; that is, it tasted like a pilsner but without much citrus, honey or orange blossom flavor. On subsequent tastes we noted a generally watery mouthfeel with a somewhat bitter, dirty dishwater aftertaste.

Jun 13, 2008 Bottle labeled as "Florida’s Honey Beer". Pours a bright golden colored with tons of carbonation and a huge off-white head. Aroma is fruity with honey and a bit grainy. The beer tastes very sweet with lots of honey and a touch of hops in the background. It’s too sweet, almost to the point where it seems a little sticky. Interesting and defnitely a unique brew. They make a OBP Squared... I can only imagine how sweet that one is.
