What a great beer. It has a great Orange Honey taste. It is by far the most unique tasting beer I have ever had. This is one of the best tasting beers I have ever had.

Served on tap at the Florida Tap Room, Orlando. Came to me in a huge pint glass. (20 US fl. oz.) I guess they didn't have any regular pint glasses clean, because every beer I got this trip was in an English pint glass. Oh well, more for me, I suppose. The only reason I list this under a fruit beer is simple. There really is no other category to list it under. It is made with 30% Orange Blossom honey, so I suppose that's more a fruit than anything. Oh well, here we go... Came to me with a decent white, frothy head. Aromas are mostly of honey, sweet, floral, and enticing. The aromas alone are enough to alure you into tasting the beer. Pale ale color, with a definite orangish color to it. Some citrus aromas as well, mainly orange, lemon, and grapefruit. Tastes are sweet, and dry. It is not a sweet beer, per se, but it does have sweet charactaristics to it. Finished rather sweet, but slightly dry. A great honey beer overall. I wish I had brought back a growler of it.

This beer was the most memorable for me at last nights 2004 WaZoo beer festival.

It poured with a pale golden blond body and a thick and fluffy white head. As the name suggest, the aroma and flavor are full of Orange Blossom honey, sweet and buttery orange and tangerine citrus oils and zests… this was amazingly floral and temptingly delicious! This beer that is truly lost for a style category in which to be placed has a great velvety palate and overall presence! I can’t wait for it to be bottled and distributed down here in Tampa… it’s only in Orlando as of now.

Tap. Very nice golden pour w/ little head. Fruity aroma that is overpowering. Offering is sweet but not overpowering.

Draft Pour at Liberty Taproom. Light sweet aroma, golden amber color. Not much of a pilsner taste, but a quality beer nonetheless. The honey flavor is fairly subtle. Very refreshing in hot weather!
