| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Thanks to Skyview for another obscure cider from Small Town, WI. Yeast and apple aroma. Sweet with some green apple. The flavors are simple but solid, and it is a sweet, refrshing drink. Unlike the other cider tried earlier in the evening, this one hides the alcohol well and I am surprised to see the abv is so high. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 6, 2008 (bottle thanks Skyview!) Pours clear. Aroma has scents of black licorice, sweet apple, and some light brown sugar. The taste is very sweet, almost honey-like, with a taste of baked apple. The mouthfeel is quite thick and viscous with a lingering apple finish. Skyview (4090), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 5, 2008 This is one of my favorite apple varieties. Picked up a 750 ml bottle at Main Street Market in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. Pours a nearly clear and still cider with no splash bubbles, yet a clean disk top. Aroma of sweet apple wine/cider with additional scents of mild dogwood floral, a touch of cinnamon, and some pinot gris character. Taste is light, semi-sweet apple with some light herbal and floral character. Finish is semi-sweet, crisp with a short lived sweet apple aftertaste. Nice to see Applecrisp can make an excellent apple cider.
