Commercial Description:
The cider derives its name from the traditional practice of grazing livestock in the orchards - in this case our flock of Pedigree Ryeland sheep, a breed which brought wealth to mediaval Herefordshire. The result of slow fermentation this is a naturally hazy cider with a hint of effervescence. Delicously refreshing on its own, or with a meal, it captures the very essence of Herefordshire.
