Jan 23, 2005 Barrell@The Magpie and Crown, Brentford, London. Glowing fluorescent green/yellow, quite pale. Quite a nice little perry. Some refreshing acidity aswell as some slightly sweet fruit flavours (apples/pears). Acidic, dry finish, not bad.

Jan 20, 2005 This stuff is weird to look at. Very pale yellowish green colour, but almost fluorescent in appearance. Acidic, slightly acetic aroma. Lots of appley fruit, but not much farmyard. Noticeably sharp, but fruity, flavour. Once recovered from the shock of the appearance, this is an interesting perry made from an extremely rare variety. From the barrel at the Magpie and Crown, Brentford.
